    The syllabus for Prelims Crash Course is as following:

    CSAT (Prelims) - Paper I

    1. Current Events of National and International importance.
    2. History of India and Indian National Movement.
    3. Indian and World Geography - Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World.
    4. Indian Polity and Governance - Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.
    5. Economic and Social Development - Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.
    6. General issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change - that do not require subject specialisation.
    7. General Science.

    CSAT (Prelims) - Paper II

    1. Comprehension.
    2. Interpersonal skills including Communication skills.
    3. Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability.
    4. Decision Making and Problem Solving.
    5. General Mental Ability.
    6. Basic Numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) - (Class X level).
    7. Data Interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc.) - (Class X level).
    8. English Language Comprehension skills (Class X level).

    Preparation Tips


    The following are simple preparation tips to score well in the CSAT (Prelims) - Paper I.

    • Prepare a regular timetable to cover the entire syllabus.
    • Be strong in your basics.
    • Do not waste time memorising facts as you need to just recognise the right choice from the list of options.
    • Practice as many question papers from the previous years.
    • Think of strategies of not losing marks due to negative marking.

    The following are simple preparation tips to score well in the CSAT (Prelims) - Paper II.

    • Identify your strong areas of comprehension and aptitude.
    • Solve these questions first to ensure that you get the answers right.
    • Do not waste too much time if you get stuck in a particular question.
    • You should at least be 70% sure of the answer if you do not want to lose too many marks in negative marking.
    • Practice as many mock tests as possible to be aware of what kind of mistakes you make while solving different kind of problems or aptitude questions.
    • Practice questions on Permutations & Combinations, Logical Reasoning and Probability.

    • As a regular user, students can

      • Gain access to the question bank of ALL SUBJECTS of CSAT (Prelims) until the final examination.
      • Gain access to the pre-recorded videos of the registered courses until the final examination.
      • Participate in the Practice / Mock tests conducted during the course.
    • Registered students would receive intimation about the scheduled virtual classroom sessions on their registered mobile and email ids. Further, an automated reminder would be sent to the registered mobile number 10 minutes before the online session.
